Autograph letter signed from George Jones, Stratford-on-Avon vicarage, to Weilds Leigh Cliffe, London [manuscript], 1835 December 6.

Jones is "waiting the movement of the Monumental Committee" before finalizing his schedule, as he will play the first night for the benefit of the monument. Will be proposing Cliffe for membership to the Royal Shakspearian Club. Will be sending Cliffe's "Sceptic" to the editor tomorrow. Recipient's address appears on integral address leaf as Judd St., Brunswick Sq., London.
